Adobe is hiring an individual contributor to lead AI-enabled FP&A and strategic finance transformation. The role redesigns finance workflows, develops AI and advanced-analytics use cases across CRM, ERP, billing, and product-usage data, and partners with Product, Sales, and executive leadership to create decision-centric capabilities. Candidates need 7+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, hands-on SQL and Python experience, and strong financial modeling and forecasting skills. The U.S. base salary range is $128,700 to $243,850 annually, with California pay ranging from $168,400 to $243,850.
