The Finance Leader will bridge strategic financial planning with hands-on operational finance work in Stuttgart. Responsibilities include developing financial systems and reporting structures, preparing board and investor reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting, advising management on financial and investment decisions, optimizing costs, and managing bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, dunning, and financial statements. The role requires a finance or accounting degree, several years of practical finance experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English; German is optional.
