Vertiv is hiring participants for its three-year Finance Leadership Development Program in Westerville, Ohio. The program provides rotational experience across finance disciplines such as manufacturing accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, internal audit, external reporting, investor relations, and operational accounting, along with mentorship and professional development. Participants are expected to be recent college graduates with finance or accounting internship experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least one relevant internship or one year of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, Microsoft Office, Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management, and financial software applications.
