The program includes 3-4 strategic rotations through Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Corporate Finance, and Internal Audit, along with executive mentorship and leadership development. Candidates should have a recent MBA, 3-5 years of direct finance or accounting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and demonstrated ability to develop enterprise technology automation, visualization, and analytics solutions. The role offers a base pay range of $83,711 to $135,000 USD, with performance-based bonus or equity available to eligible employees, and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits for permanent full-time employees.
