Description
The Manager, Finance serves as a strategic finance partner to Cinch's Commercial organization, supporting one or more channels such as Insurance, Real Estate, Utility, Financial, and DTC. The role combines commercial finance analysis, channel and cohort profitability, pricing and incentive modeling, forecasting, budgeting, executive reporting, data-quality and automation initiatives, and AI-enabled analytics to improve pricing, revenue quality, retention, and profitable growth. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, financial analysis, or business analytics, and strong Excel, communication, analytical, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
