DS Smith is hiring a Finance Manager to lead its Finnish finance organization from its Tampere site. The role oversees accounting, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, financial controls, compliance, working capital, cash flow, profitability, and operational efficiency, while leading a team of six finance professionals and partnering with local and North EMEA management. The position requires a degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline, experience in financial accounting and controlling, people leadership experience, and a track record in developing high-performing teams; multinational manufacturing experience is essential, and fluent Finnish and English are required.
