Description
TransGrid Energy is hiring a Finance Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of its newly established Finance/Treasury department and support the company’s growth. The role manages non-recourse project-finance debt, PF closings, term-conversion loans, cash operations across more than 100 bank accounts, covenant reporting, cash forecasting, partnership distributions, interest-rate swaps, and treasury controls. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least six years of progressive experience in project finance, treasury, or corporate finance focused on utility-scale energy projects, and advanced Excel and financial-modeling skills. The position requires work authorization in the United States and does not offer sponsorship.
