Description
Magrathea is hiring a full-time, in-person Operational Finance Manager to own the daily finance operations of its growing organization. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the role manages accounting workflows, payroll, expenses, cash administration, reconciliations, month-end close, vendor payments, treasury activities, government grant reporting, audits, and financial reporting for leadership and the board. The position also coordinates external bookkeeping and controller partners, uses AI to improve financial workflows, and requires strong accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial systems experience. Compensation is $120,000–$150,000 annually plus equity or milestone-based compensation, with health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
