Description
emater is hiring a full-time Finance Manager to lead finance across its four DTC brands. The role owns the close, forecasting, payments, reporting, financial controls, unit economics, cash management, systems and AI automation, and compliance, while reporting directly to the CEO. The manager will also develop the Finance Specialist, help build the finance team, and lead the finance workstream for a future transaction. The position requires at least six years of finance experience, including experience with multi-entity closing, financial modelling, accounting systems, BI tools, and practical AI and automation.
