Validus Risk Management is hiring an experienced Finance Manager to own both management accounts and FP&A in a multi-entity, multi-currency scale-up environment. The role reports to the Global Finance Director and covers monthly reporting, board packs, budgeting and forecasting, financial modelling, treasury and FX support, lender covenant reporting, and strategic business partnering. Candidates should be ACA/CIMA qualified (ACCA considered) with 5–8 years post-qualification experience and strong Excel, reporting, and technical accounting skills, especially across IFRS/FRS 102 and SaaS/fintech-style metrics.
