Description
Armacell is seeking an experienced Finance Manager and Business Partner to lead the finance function for Armacell Poland in a manufacturing environment. The role owns the local Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet, leads budgeting and forecasting, provides business performance insights, oversees statutory and tax filings, and ensures compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, transfer pricing, and regulatory requirements. It also involves managing and developing the local finance team and partnering with plant and commercial leadership. The position offers a hybrid 3/2 office-home model and is full time.
