AbbVie is hiring a Finance Manager to provide financial leadership and business support for the US Specialty Team One portfolio brands. The role leads financial planning and analysis across Plan, LBE, LRP, and portfolio submissions; supports month-end actuals close and variance analysis; develops market-dynamic models; prepares executive-level financial deliverables; provides ad hoc analytical support; and manages one direct report. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least seven years of progressive FP&A experience, advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, and knowledge of US GAAP and internal financial controls. Knowledge of SAP, BPC, and Power BI is preferred, and the role is eligible for long-term incentive programs.
