Description
The Finance Manager will lead accounting and financial reporting for a construction group across Belgium and France, oversee the accounting team, manage VAT returns, closings, budgets, project results, cash flow forecasts, KPIs, profitability, and financial dashboards, and provide strategic advice to management. The role requires an economics-related bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least five years of finance experience, accounting and taxation knowledge, Excel and ERP proficiency, and fluent Dutch with good French. The base is Vlamertinge, with possible work at other sites, and the position offers flexible working hours and the possibility of working from home.
