Description

Amazon Business is hiring a Finance Manager to lead finance transformation across its worldwide FP&A organization. The role owns the strategy and execution of process standardization, automation, data infrastructure, AI-assisted analytics, and scalable improvements to financial close, reporting, and planning. It is a hands-on leadership position partnering with FP&A, controllership, planning, business partnership, data engineering, and enterprise technology teams, with a Seattle base salary of 95,400 to 163,200 USD annually.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of tax, finance, or related analytical field experience
5+ years leading financial technology automation with technology and non-technology teams
Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and interpreting results
Experience in multiple finance and accounting roles
3+ years communicating with and presenting to executive and senior audiences
Track record driving cross-functional initiatives with measurable operational impact
Preferred Qualifications: MBA or CPA
6+ years improving, automating, standardizing, or simplifying finance or business tools and processes
Advanced SQL for data mining and business intelligence
Large-scale data mining and reporting tools, including SQL, Power Query, Python, Oracle, Essbase, or TM1
CMA or CPA, or a bachelor's degree in a related field
Continuous improvement projects improving controllership with measurable results
