Description

Amazon India is seeking a Finance Manager to support financial reporting, internal control, accruals, audit coordination, accounting analysis, process improvement, and technical accounting research. The role requires 8+ years of relevant accounting or audit experience, a CA, CPA, or ICWAI qualification, knowledge of US GAAP and Indian Accounting Standards, and strong communication and analytical skills. The position also involves partnering with global accounting, business finance, operations accounting, and IT groups, and may require experience with financial systems and data tools.

Minimum Education: CA, CPA, or ICWAI qualification
Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of relevant experience in Big 4 audit firms, multinational corporate, or operational accounting
5+ years of finance, tax, or related analytical experience
6+ years applying financial KPIs to analyses
6+ years building financial and operational reports or data sets
6+ years creating process improvements with automation and analysis
Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing relationships with Big 4 auditors
6+ years identifying incomplete or inaccurate data and implementing escalation plans
6+ years solving complex business challenges with financial models, analysis, and recommendations
Experience with data mining and reporting tools and financial systems
Experience with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation
