Description
The LEO Infrastructure Finance team is hiring a Finance Manager to serve as a strategic finance partner to Production Operations. The role owns the strategy, governance, and oversight of end-to-end financial reporting decision systems, develops financial bridges, narratives, and strategic documents, supports monthly financial reviews, and drives process improvement through AI tools, automation, and advanced financial systems. The position requires at least five years of finance and accounting experience, five years leading cross-functional financial initiatives, and a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. The role is based in Bellevue, Washington, with a base salary of $95,400 to $163,200 annually.
