The role involves strengthening financial governance, coordinating the Internal Control System, leading CSR/ESG data reporting, overseeing risk and opportunity reporting, supporting local finance teams, harmonizing finance processes globally, and acting as a deputy for central Finance functions.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
Required Previous Experiences: Several years of relevant experience in Finance, preferably within an international or matrix organization; experience in consulting (e.g., Big Four) is also highly valued.
In-depth understanding of financial processes, internal controls, and corporate governance standards.
Demonstrated experience in managing or contributing to cross-regional or global finance initiatives.
Proven track record in driving process harmonization and standardization across diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and internal control systems (ICS).
