Apollo Research is hiring a Finance Manager to build its finance function from first principles, reporting to the Head of Finance. The role owns financial operations, accounting, reporting, cash forecasting, compliance, and the management of finance systems and controls, with an initial split between transactional processing, close, reporting, and process improvement. It is a full-time, in-person London role with flexible hours and some WFH arrangements, targeting a start in late Q4 2026 to early Q1 2027. The position requires a qualified accountant with at least two years of post-qualification experience, strong accounting judgment, close-running experience, international group experience, and the ability to work with modern finance systems and AI automation. The salary is £107,000–£145,000, with health, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
