Description
Array Labs is hiring its first Finance hire to build and operate the finance function from the ground up. The role owns the financial model, reporting, forecasting, budget guardrails, variance analysis, contract and pipeline-to-cash schedules, fundraising diligence, and government contract invoicing, while partnering with the CEO and COO on resource allocation and strategic financial decisions. It is a hands-on individual-contributor role reporting to the COO and requires at least seven years of finance experience, including three years in operating FP&A, business finance, or program finance, plus experience building a finance function from little or no existing structure.
