Atlar is hiring a Finance & Operations Associate to own day-to-day financial operations across its Swedish and UK entities. The role covers accounting coordination, reporting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, billing accuracy, cost allocation, payment approvals, financial closes, annual reporting, audits, statutory filings, financial analysis, and the refinement of internal finance processes and controls. The position also supports customer contracts and operational risk topics and requires a finance or accounting foundation, end-to-end finance-process experience, attention to detail, comfort with external advisors, and judgment in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
