Description
Audax Private Debt is hiring a Boston-based Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting and accounting for private debt funds, contribute to debt, equity, and CLO valuation, manage fund administration, cash reconciliation, tax coordination, audit processes, investor deliverables, and compliance and controls. The role also involves working cross-functionally with Investor Relations, Valuation, CLO, FP&A, Tax, and Senior Debt Deal teams, while coaching junior staff. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA certification, more than five years of experience including public accounting, and strong private equity/debt valuation and GAAP reporting expertise.
