Description
BGIS is hiring a Finance Manager to take full financial ownership of a major UK commercial real estate account in central London. The role is client-facing and on-site, responsible for margin protection, pricing and variation modelling, monthly close, revenue leakage control, contract renewals, and financial reporting to the client and internal stakeholders. The manager will lead a team of six, including a Junior Finance Manager and Lead Contract Support, and report to the UK Chief Financial Officer. The position requires an accountancy qualification, direct client-facing financial accountability, contract or project finance experience, operational-system reconciliation, and experience managing a finance team.
