The Finance Manager will oversee the company's debt portfolio, support capital markets initiatives, and provide financial analysis for business decisions. The role manages loan maturities and refinancing opportunities, coordinates with lenders and brokers, supports financing activities for acquired or foreclosed properties, prepares executive reports, and helps optimize the capital structure. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5-7+ years of commercial real estate finance experience, strong financial modeling and Excel skills, and experience in a family office or entrepreneurial real estate organization.
