Description
Bondsmith is hiring a Finance Manager to act as the CFO's right-hand in a lean three-person finance team. The role owns the month-end close, management accounts, balance-sheet controls, revenue recognition, statutory audit coordination, regulatory reporting, tax compliance, treasury and cash-flow operations, and financial process improvement. It is designed for a part-qualified ACCA or CIMA finalist or newly qualified accountant with 3–5 years of finance experience, including hands-on month-end close ownership. The position offers a hybrid or work-from-anywhere setup, £50,000–£58,000 GBP base salary plus performance bonus and stock options, and progression toward Financial Controller.
