Coface is hiring a Finance Manager to lead accounting and reporting for two legal entities, COFACE Japan branch and COFACE Service Japan. The role covers IFRS and J-GAAP accounting closings, financial reporting, regulatory submissions, internal controls, and financial compliance, while also supporting controllership, tax, treasury, and FP&A matters. The position requires a university degree in accounting or finance, at least five years of relevant experience, Japanese and business-level English, knowledge of international and local accounting and taxation principles, and strong Excel skills. The role offers a flexible working model with up to three days of home office per week after the first month and opportunities for local and international career development.
