Cresta is hiring a Finance Manager to lead its FP&A function, including financial modeling, headcount planning, budget tracking, GTM and RevOps capacity planning, deal desk pricing analysis, close reporting, KPI dashboards, and migration to a modern financial planning platform. The role requires 4–7 years of FP&A experience, strong Excel financial modeling skills, cross-functional budget and headcount planning experience, and familiarity with GTM data; AI tool use is encouraged. The position offers a base salary of $140,000–$170,000 plus equity, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a remote-first culture.
