Description
The Finance Manager will support the strategic financial management of a company in Chemnitz, including preparing HGB and IFRS financial statements, budgeting and liquidity management, analyzing financial processes and cost structures, reporting to senior management, coordinating with banks and auditors, and leading the finance team. The role requires a degree in Finance, Controlling, or a comparable field, several years of financial management experience, knowledge of HGB and IFRS, ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency, analytical and strategic competence, and strong communication and leadership skills.
