Description
The Manufacturing Finance Manager oversees division cost control, CAPEX, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, product costing, compliance, and financial risk management. The role also leads finance digitalization and transformation projects, including digital roadmaps, ERP and OA/BI system implementation, workflow optimization, and project evaluation. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, at least 10 years of manufacturing finance experience, 3+ years of management experience, 4+ years in digitalization and process optimization, strong ERP and digital-systems expertise, and flexibility to support multiple manufacturing locations.
