Educate! is hiring a Finance Manager to lead the finance function in Tanzania, preferably in Mwanza or Arusha. The role supervises three finance staff, oversees accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, controls, compliance, payroll, and financial systems, and reports to the Head of Finance. Candidates need a BSc. in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Commerce; CPA (T) membership in good standing; proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks; and at least 3–5 years of finance and accounting experience plus 3–5 years of managerial experience leading finance teams.
