Description
Holmes is hiring a Finance Manager to lead the finance function for its United States business. The role combines hands-on financial leadership with responsibilities spanning reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, cash flow, tax coordination, audit support, compliance, treasury, and process improvement. The manager will partner with US and New Zealand leadership, support business performance analysis, and use Deltek Vantagepoint for reporting and project analysis. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and 8–10 years of finance and accounting experience are required; CPA licensure is preferred. The estimated starting compensation is $140,000–$170,000 plus potential biannual profit share bonus.
