Description
The Finance Manager supports the Finance Department at Hyatt Regency Minneapolis by performing accounting, cash management, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliation, reporting, and month-end close activities. The role maintains accurate financial records, supports internal controls and audits, analyzes variances and revenues, and collaborates with hotel operations and other departments. The position requires 1–3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or finance experience, along with Microsoft Office proficiency, analytical and communication skills, and hospitality accounting knowledge; hotel systems experience is preferred. The salary range is $65,000–$72,000, with medical, dental, life insurance, disability, 401(k), and travel benefits.
