Description
Isla Health is hiring a full-time Finance Manager for its Operations team in a hybrid UK-based role, with travel to London at least four times annually. The role owns finance operations for UK and Irish entities, including bookkeeping, payables and receivables, reconciliations, payroll, month-end close, management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, statutory reporting support, and process improvement through automation and AI. The ideal candidate is recently ACA or ACCA qualified after training at a Top 10 accountancy firm, with strong UK GAAP, financial analysis, Google Sheets, problem-solving, and commercial skills; experience with Xero, Irish operations, SaaS, or R&D tax credits is advantageous.
