Keywords Studios is seeking a Finance Manager to join their expanding finance organization. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring financial integrity across the Americas, primarily serving as the mainstay for the Finance Excellence program. The manager will report to the Director of Accounting and lead a team of up to four individuals, overseeing legal entity compliance, accurate management reporting, and driving continuous process improvement post-transition of core OTC and P2P processes to the Shared Service Centre (SSC). Additionally, the role involves supporting regional FP&A activities like budgeting and forecasting, and championing strategic initiatives such as system implementations and legal entity rationalization.
