Marisco Vineyards is hiring a Finance Director to report to the CFO and lead a five-person finance team. The role covers management reporting, commercial decision support, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, annual financial statements, audit, tax compliance, payroll, systems and process improvement, and team leadership. Candidates should be CA/CPA qualified with at least seven years of experience, have strong leadership and analytical skills, and ideally have wine, agribusiness, FMCG, or ERP experience.
