Description
The Finance Manager will oversee accurate financial reporting, accounting controls, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for a bank. The role provides financial insights to the CFO and senior management, supports strategic and investment decisions, monitors regulatory and financial indicators, coordinates with auditors and other functions, and supervises Finance team members. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 8–12 years of finance experience, preferably in banking or financial services, and strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance analysis.
