Monard Law is hiring a Finance Manager to lead financial controlling and manage a five-person finance team across its offices. The role includes budgeting, cash-flow and liquidity forecasting, closing, year-end reporting, tax and reconciliation work, process optimization, and serving as the contact for external auditors, banks, and accounting firms. The position requires a bachelor's degree in finance or economics, at least five years of financial controlling experience in a professional services environment, prior team leadership experience, fluent Dutch and French, and a fixed location in Hasselt, Brussels, Antwerp, or Ghent with flexibility to visit other offices.
