Description
The Finance Manager leads financial operations for a designated segment of Savers, reporting to the Director, Finance. The role owns budgets, forecasts, long-term planning, financial reviews, P&L variance analysis, store and market performance analysis, operating-plan optimization, expense identification, and financial presentations. It may supervise financial analysts and requires a bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, at least five years of finance experience, and advanced Excel and accounting knowledge. The position is hybrid in Bellevue, with two days per week in the office, and offers $101,272–$151,907 in compensation.
