The client is hiring a Finance Manager in Puerto Montt to lead the company’s financial and administrative management and support the General Manager in sustaining operations and enabling growth. The role covers financing strategy, working capital and cash flow management, ERP and financial technology implementation, accounting oversight, cost optimization, process automation, and coordination of external financial advisory services. Candidates need a professional degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related specialization, at least five years of managerial or strategic experience in financial and commercial management, and knowledge of production industries, ideally mussel farming.
