Description
The Finance Manager will prepare and review financial statements, oversee daily accounting operations, manage accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation, lead month-end and year-end closing, coordinate with outsourced accounting teams and external auditors, analyze financial data, and ensure timely financial deliverables. The role requires a CPA license, a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, at least five years of finance and accounting experience, and experience in an accounting or audit firm; retail industry experience is advantageous. The position offers a hybrid schedule of three onsite days and two work-from-home days, with a monthly salary of Php 80,000 to Php 100,000.
