Triptease is hiring a Finance Manager to own operational finance, management accounts, analysis, payroll, AP, VAT, balance-sheet reconciliations, and process automation across its UK, US, and APAC entities. The role includes overseeing the Finance Assistant, supporting migration to new payroll and finance systems, and identifying AI and automation opportunities. It requires a qualified or part-qualified accountant with experience across multiple finance disciplines, a multi-entity structure, and multi-jurisdictional payroll; the position is hybrid in London, with two days per week in the office.
