The role requires prior automotive finance, sales, or related dealership experience, along with knowledge of lending practices, compliance requirements, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Compensation is $123,900–$153,900 in expected total annual earnings, with commissions ranging from $112,500 to $145,400 per year.
