PACA and Fyzie are jointly hiring one Finance Manager / Business Controller for a shared role spanning approximately 28–36 hours per week across Aalsmeer and Amersfoort, with a hybrid arrangement involving one fixed on-site day in each location and the remainder from home or other suitable locations. The role combines finance and control activities—reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, internal controls, acquisitions, and integration—with business-improvement work in claims, invoicing, contract management, utilization, procurement, and system configuration. It is offered as a one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment, a gross monthly salary of €3,400–€5,500 based on a 40-hour workweek, and additional benefits.
