Description
Andromeda Robotics is hiring a Finance Manager to lead day-to-day financial operations, corporate forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, post-close analysis, reporting, finance technology modernization, AI-driven automation, and oversight of external accounting vendors in the United States and Australia. The role focuses on hardware and subscription business economics, including inventory, supply chain cash flows, working capital, unit economics, and blended hardware/software margins, and reports to the COO/CFO. It requires 4 to 6+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, preferably in hardware, manufacturing, IoT, or physical products with a subscription layer. The expected base salary is $150,000–$185,000 USD plus 0.05%–0.2% equity; visa sponsorship is generally not offered.
