Description
The Finance Manager will lead financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, accounting close, financial controls, and reporting while partnering with commercial leadership on bookings, cost of sale, pricing, and investment decisions. The role supervises accounting and finance staff, supports audits, optimizes NetSuite ERP and financial systems, and uses data and AI-driven tools to improve forecasting and profitability. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least five years of progressive accounting and finance experience are required; NetSuite ERP experience is preferred. The position is remote.
