The Finance Manager will drive financial strategy and operational efficiency for a ship management and maritime finance entity, advising senior management, supporting client relationships, managing budgets and tax matters, overseeing audits and financial reporting, and leading the finance team. The role requires a university degree in Finance or Accounting, Chartered Accountant qualification, and at least 10 years of post-qualification corporate accounting experience with international exposure, along with expertise in GST, ITR filing, fund management, statutory audit, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
