Description
The Finance Manager will lead core finance operations for CPM Ireland, including monthly management accounts, month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, audit support, budgeting, forecasting, process improvement, and financial controls. The role also manages and develops a small finance team, partners with Shared Services, and supports commercial finance initiatives such as revenue growth and client profitability analysis. It requires a fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent, at least four years of post-qualified experience, and strong financial reporting, reconciliation, control, Excel, and analytical skills. The basic salary is €80,000–€90,000 DOE, with pension, discounted health insurance, and other benefits.
