Description
BDO is hiring a Finance Manager to lead the financial accounting team and oversee financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, cash flow management, audit support, process improvement, and financial governance. The role also supervises and mentors accountants and collaborates with the Financial Controller, CFO, and wider finance and business stakeholders. Candidates should be CA or CPA qualified with at least five years of financial accounting experience, including experience leading close processes and developing a finance team; Workday experience is desirable.
