CIFF is hiring a Finance Manager (Group) to lead and execute financial control activities across a £8bn foundation group. The role manages financial reporting, audits, tax and compliance, treasury and payments, risk controls, payroll, financial systems, process improvements, and endowment monitoring; it also provides line management to financial accountants and advises senior finance leadership. The position requires a qualified accountant with post-qualification experience, UK tax and charity accounting knowledge, treasury and cash-management experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. It offers a hybrid work arrangement, a starting salary of £63,790, and medical insurance among other benefits.
