Description
The Finance Manager will serve as the second person in the Finance team after the CFO, owning the operational foundation of procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, budget planning, accounting coordination, documentation, reporting, and cash-flow planning. The role supports digital finance processes, finance-tool rollouts, and the development of efficient finance operations in a growing AI company. It requires a completed degree or vocational training, 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, German and English fluency, and is based in Munich with up to 60% work from home.
