Description
The role is responsible for structuring, negotiating, implementing, and managing existing, project, and corporate real estate financings; overseeing relationships with banks, investors, financing partners, and grant providers; monitoring contracts, collateral, guarantees, covenants, and liquidity; preparing financing documentation, reports, and decision recommendations; optimizing financing processes; and supporting acquisitions, sales, and M&A transactions from a financing perspective. The position requires a relevant degree, extensive real estate finance experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, Excel and MS Office proficiency, and good English, and offers a key position with flexible working hours and mobile work.
